We may still allow you to transfer your service without this additional option purchased, at our own discretion, if we determine that you have been a trusted customer for some time. In this case, the transfer option will appear on the service cancellation page. If it does not appear, and you did not purchase the mentioned addon, you are not eligible.
If you already made a purchase, you locked it in at the price paid, regardless of whether it increases or decreases. We cannot fulfill requests to lower pricing if a price for an offer goes down during the duration.
Certain customers may be locked out of making a purchase within the first 30 minutes of each offer. If this occurs, you can try making a purchase after this lock-out period.
For flash sales, the plan you get is as-is. Make sure not to complete the checkout or payment if the pricing changes or is unexpected. Complete your purchase immediately to avoid any chances of getting the next offer or the price changing.
For specials, our AUP permits 33% average CPU instead of the usual 50% but memory and disk space are guaranteed as long as you are not also breaking other parts of our AUP/terms of service. Read our terms of service for more specific details.
These plans are sold as "KVM Lite" and do not have guaranteed access to custom ISO, rDNS requests, or to port 80/443/80. However, we do not currently have any restrictions and if the feature is available on your end, it may be used.
We do not restrict your network, however, if you break our AUP, we reserve the right to reduce your port speed as a less severe action versus suspension. If restricted, you would still be able to physically utilize up to the advertised amount per month and we would never restrict it to make it impossible for the total monthly data to be used.
Flash specials come with a limited support level. We expect you to refer to our knowledgebase, pay attention to network status updates, and resolve any issues that are capable of being resolved without contacting us. Otherwise, each support request is billed at $15 per request, although this is generally not forced as long as you do not create continuous/excessive tickets.
It's possible that in the future, your service may change to different hardware. While in the past we've always attempted to make sure it's an upgrade, it is possible that you could be moved to a server with lower clockrate, lower memory speed, or lower disk speed, if it means better stability (for example, Epyc instead of Ryzen.)
These are ways to customize your special. They are only offered during initial purchase and cannot be modified or cancelled in the future.
5-Year Price Lock - For a $10 optional one-time price, we will absolutely guarantee that the renewal price of your service will remain the same for five years. If this isn't purchased, it doesn't mean the price will change, but this for an absolute guarantee.
AUP & Transferability - With this $5/YR recurring option, increase CPU allowance to our normal limit. In addition, we will be more lenient on unintended cases of abuse that result in service suspension. This allows service transfer purchases.
IP Change Tool - Lock this in at a low $10 one-time price, allowing you to request an automatic random IPv4 change as available for your service.
Support & Changes - For $10/YR, if you are uncomfortable with having limited support, you can receive our standard level of support. No fees for making standard requests, and also gain access to additional service modifications/request buttons.
Right now IPv6 is not officially supported. It's possible your service in certain locations may activate with IPv6 but it comes with no warranty and may not function
Only if you have the "extra" support level. Otherwise per our terms of service, we do not permit multiple accounts per user/household.
No, you are the owner, and any attempt to give you user information to another person or another person accessing your account can either be seen as having multiple accounts or your account being compromised.
It's possible your address may change in the future as it is not from IP space we own. You may optionally purchase a permanent IP address that does not change for $50.
No, IP geolocation by third parties is not within our direct control. If you contact us and let us know exactly which direct IP geolocation service needs an update, and they have a process in place where we can quickly contact them for a correction, we'll make our best effort.
For annual services, the next due invoice is generated 30~ days before the end of your term. If you have a payment method on file that supports recurring billing and it's enabled, it takes place 3 days before the end date for your term.
We do not intend on changing pricing and have not done so in many years. However, if it does occur, we would give you plenty of advanced notice and there's no obligation to renew.
If necessary, your service may be moved to the nearest available location. It is possible that we may close a location, in which case we'd attempt to accommodate you if you are unhappy with the change, although this is not guaranteed.
Even for annual services, bandwidth level resets at the 1st of each month at this time. Bandwidth is measured in both direction.
You must cancel your service at least 7 days in advance to ensure it can go through and allow time for any delays or issues to be resolved with any of our systems. You may cancel your service easily using our self-serve system (click "cancel" on the service details page & confirm.)
If the service is sold, for example, on an annual term, then it is priced as such because you are reserving it for the entire duration. This means you cannot cancel early in the middle of your term. You can still request a cancellation any time, but it will not be effective until the service end date.
Disputing payments for any reason will result in a returned payment fee being assessed and likely account closure. If there is an error, please contact us and have us resolve it, otherwise, there is a risk of service suspension.
We only allow upgrades to standard plans. This is generally not desired for specials as standard pricing may be much more expensive.
